SOLAR TROUBLESHOOTING: How to Solve the Most Common Solar Issue

Hi, my name is PaKou. I am a service intake specialist at StraightUp Solar. One of the most common service calls we get is for communication issues. What I mean by a communication issue is basically when the inverter is not reporting to the monitoring portal.

This is an easy fix. First, you can either plug in an Ethernet cable, or you can turn off your solar breaker and turn it back on, or you can turn off your AC disconnect and turn it back on.
