Jim is best known for his warm, approachable style of interacting with his customers, making sure they receive all the information they need and that their questions are answered up front.

Jim is originally from Massachusetts but has lived here in St. Louis, Missouri, for decades now. He is coming up on nearly 10 years in the solar industry. Jim has worked for other solar companies before joining StraightUp Solar but is now elated to be part of a culture that he did not experience elsewhere in the industry. Prior to solar experience Jim worked in the financial sector as a stock broker and bond trader, this allows him to readily articulate the financial aspects and metrics of a project to his customers.

Jim is the proud father of 4 boys, enjoys fly tying and fly fishing, tennis and the outdoors with his two labrador retrievers.
