Bob P.

Bob joined StraightUp Solar in September 2017. He was born in St. Louis, raised in University City, went to Michigan for H.S., and on to Villanova University for College while in the Seminary considering becoming a Priest with the Augustinians, a Catholic Religious Order. Though deciding against the Priesthood, Bob has still been involved in various forms of ministry throughout his life.

That interest has much influenced his involvement in various peace and justice advocacy roles, as well as his concern and extensive involvement in the Climate Change issue, and care for the environment – especially by promoting the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy. Joining the team at StraightUp Solar has given Bob an additional opportunity to help spur on that much needed transition.

Bob’s hobbies include volunteering, community activism, ministry activities with his church, gardening, ultra-light flying, kayaking, and hiking.
