“Overall I am glad we went through StraightUp to get our panels installed.
They were the third company we worked with to get panels installed on our house and the one company to actually follow through and get them.
We had some hurdles and road blocks… but StraightUp handled the issues well and we got our panels and battery in the end. To be fair, while the issues were annoying and caused a good amount of delays, it wasn’t StraightUp’s fault, so 5-Stars for their service and handling of the issues!
They also did a great job keeping in contact to keep me in the loop and give me updates on the status of the project.”
