Emily O.

Prior to joining SUS, Emily graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with degrees in Graphic Design, Photography, and a minor in Ecology and Conservation Biology. 

She previously worked as a photojournalist and promotion producer at WEEK-TV and most recently as a Regenerative/Organic Farm Apprentice.
