The 5.71 kW system is mounted on the owners’ detached garage. The system is
monitored via Enphase’s Envoy system, allowing on‐line monitoring and viewing of the system’s
production at each panel.
The design evolved as StraightUp and the homeowners considered different locations to
maximize production and work within historic requirements. Ultimately, the garage location
maximizes existing roof space and showcases the benefits of high‐efficiency solar panels and
micro‐inverters.
