About the Job:

Our team continues to grow, and we are looking for someone who has great enthusiasm for clean energy, is a collaborative team player, and is a self-starter.

This position is located at the Headquarters in the St. Louis Metro area and works closely with colleagues in the Bloomington, IL office and other locations. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Design
  • Produce creative, high quality written, video, and photographic content for use in website, social media, print and public presentations
  • Design marketing materials as needed according to brand guidelines
  • Update and maintain company brand guidelines
  • Design, edit and publish content and graphics for the company website
  • Implement recommendations of SEM and SEO that improve lead generation performance of website
  • Assist in web site design refresh
  • Public Presentations and Events
  • Represent the brand well at events and customer engagements
  • Educate community organizations and schools about solar energy
  • Coordinate and set up marketing events
  • Additional duties may be assigned outside of this scope


  • 3+ years of experience working in Marketing, Communications, or Customer Service
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience working with WordPress or another CMS
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Experience or familiarity with video editing tools
  • Experience with design specifications of commercial print shops
  • Experience with copywriting on behalf of a brand
  • Willing to travel regionally and work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Applicants who provide a portfolio of graphic design materials will be given special consideration
