David B of Valmeyer, Illinois had been thinking about going solar for a long time. His reasoning wasn’t unusual for an engineer…he “could see all that energy from the sun reaching his roof and then just wasting away as accumulated heat!”
According to David, seeing our Solar Booth at the 2016 St. Louis Home Show is what led his remedy to become a reality. Today he and his family have a 14,000 Watt system (most of the array doesn’t appear in the photo). And just like our own in-house engineer, he enjoys watching monitoring software everyday to see exactly how much he’s generating.
Now he’s got an electric vehicle in mind, saying “EV and solar just go so well together” We couldn’t agree more!
